Gift cards

We hold the place for you, plan food, horses and everything around it – and often have to turn others away. That is why we have these simple rules:

• At least 14 days before: cancel then, and you get the full amount back.
• Between 5 and 14 days before: you get half back.
• Less than 5 days before: we are sorry, but we cannot refund, because the place is hard to fill again that late.

If the child falls ill? Send us a doctor's note and we will refund, even at short notice. Nobody should lose money for being ill.

• The registration is binding once the payment has gone through – but always see the cancellation rules above.
• At riding camp, food, accommodation, your own horse, a T-shirt, a cap and use of the wellness pool are included in the price.
• Everyone rides at their own risk. We take safety seriously, everyone is given a helmet and instruction – always follow what the instructors tell you.
• Tell us about allergies, medication or other needs when you register, and we will take them into account.
• We like to take photographs along the way, which may be used on the website and on social media. If you would rather we did not, just say so.
• We handle your information securely and never share it with others. Read more in the privacy policy.
